Robert Gomez
Born on October 4, 1965, in New York City, Robert Gomez moved with his family to Southington, Connecticut before his first birthday. He spent his formative years there, eventually setting down roots in nearby New Hartford.

In 1990, while searching for his first home to accommodate a growing family, Robert earned his Connecticut real estate license to better understand the process and save for a down payment. He held his license for two years before focusing on his career in construction. In 1994, he built his first home in New Hartford, where he and his wife raised their three children.

Robert’s professional background spans decades in the construction industry, beginning as a commercial glazier and later working with a large construction management company. In 2018, with their children grown, Robert and his wife sold their New Hartford home and relocated to South Carolina alongside a close friend, neighbor, and coworker. Together, they founded Seagrass Construction LLC, specializing in building custom homes across the Lowcountry.

As the company flourished, Robert returned to his real estate roots, earning his South Carolina real estate license in 2023. Since then, he has been active in both commercial and residential real estate brokerage, combining his decades of construction expertise with his real estate knowledge to help clients navigate every step of creating, buying, and selling their dream properties.
